HEINE Classic+ Paed fiber-optic (F.O.) blades

For five weeks, I used the HEINE laryngoscope daily. Light quality: steady, bright white illumination without flickering. The steel quality is excellent. I recommend HEINE laryngoscopes for use in anesthesiology and intensive care. The evaluation was conducted in February 2022.

The HR 2.5x binocular loupe features excellent ergonomics, ease of use, and a practical, simple design that eliminates the risk of breaking complex components. The light spot provides sufficient brightness and color accuracy. The loupe is lightweight and offers secure fixation, which is an undeniable advantage during long surgical procedures, particularly in spinal surgery.

The HEINE ML4 LED headlight was used in the operating room to illuminate the surgical field during various spinal procedures. The quality of materials, assembly, and design of HEINE products is at a very high level. The solid structural elements are reliable, while the adjustable fixation components allow for individual head size adjustments, ensuring the headlight fits snugly and comfortably without causing additional discomfort. An important advantage is that all adjustments, including headband positioning, can be made with one hand. The LEDs provide an even light spot of sufficient brightness and deliver natural color rendering.

HEINE Classic+ MILLER fiber-optic (F.O.) blades

The Classic+ laryngoscope set: the LED-illuminated handle provides early visual indication. The handles are designed without complex disassembly or assembly of battery components, thanks to LED technology, which significantly simplifies technical maintenance. It is comfortable to use, provides sufficient illumination intensity, and maintains high overall quality.

The HEINE ML4 LED headlight with a wireless battery mounted on the headband was used during consultative examinations, in the dressing room, the ICU, and the operating theater. As always with HEINE, the material quality, assembly, and design are of a very high standard. The LEDs, with a color temperature of 4500 K, produce an even and bright light spot and provide natural color rendering. In our opinion, the wireless battery headband model offers excellent mobility and is best suited for use in examination and dressing rooms.

The binocular loupes Heine ML4 LED UNPLUGGED HR 2.5x were tested during surgical procedures on arteries of the lower and upper limbs. The average diameter of the anastomoses sutured ranged from 2 to 4 mm. During use, the loupes demonstrated high efficiency — the vascular sutures were precise, and the isolation of small vessels was performed without technical difficulties.
