Who ships your order

Orders placed on not-heine.com are supplied by TTT HealthCare GmbH, Heimat 89, D-14165 Berlin, Germany. We are an official partner of HEINE and purchase directly from the manufacturer.

Where we deliver

Delivery is limited to the countries available for selection as the delivery country at checkout. If your country is not in the list, we cannot accept an order for delivery there through this website.

Orders and delivery to Russia and Belarus are unavailable through not-heine.com.

Orders are subject to applicable export control and sanctions regulations. We are entitled not to accept an order whose performance would breach such regulations (clause 2.3 of our Terms and Conditions).

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the delivery country and the shipping method. They are shown separately during checkout, before you submit your order, and are included in the total amount displayed.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the availability of the goods, the delivery country and, for deliveries outside the European Union, on customs clearance. We therefore do not state fixed delivery times. Information on delivery times is non-binding unless we have expressly confirmed it. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay and refund any payment already made.

Terms of delivery and transfer of risk

We deliver to the delivery address you state, in accordance with the DAP rule (Delivered at Place, named place of destination) of Incoterms® 2020. We bear the risk of loss or damage in transit until the goods are placed at your disposal at that address.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, import clearance, import VAT, customs duties and any other import charges arising in the country of destination are borne by the customer. They are not included in the purchase price or in the delivery costs.
