HEINE Warranty – The Best Warranty on the Market! 

Dear colleagues! We, TTT HealthCare GmbH, An official Partner of Heine in CIS countries would like to inform you about the warranty terms for HEINE diagnostic instruments and equipment. HEINE offers a warranty that reflects the quality and reliability of our products. All products comply with European Directive 93/42/EEC or the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and bear the CE Safety Mark. All HEINE products supplied to the Russian Federation have registration certificates issued by Roszdravnadzor. 

Standard 5-Year Warranty 

All HEINE products are covered by a 5-year warranty from the factory delivery date for any defects due to manufacturing faults, as well as for the absence of design, material, or workmanship defects. The exceptions are laryngoscopes, which carry a 10-year warranty for laryngoscope blades and a 2-year warranty for video laryngoscopes.  

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, disposable items and consumables, rechargeable batteries, or standard accessories such as bulbs, general-purpose power and control cables, and their respective plugs.

The warranty does not cover failures resulting from the following causes:  

  • Operation in violation of the user manual or improper handling;
  • Mechanical damage to the medical device or its accessories;
  • Connection to a power supply with voltage different from that specified on the device;
  • Disassembly not provided for in the user manual, or any other unauthorized intervention in the device structure, including repairs by unauthorized personnel;
  • Use of non-original devices, components, or consumables;
  • Ingress of liquids, dust, or foreign objects into the device, or intentional damage;
  • Damage caused by fire, flooding, lightning strikes, or similar events.
