TTT HealthCare organized training for HEINE partners at the company's manufacturing facility in Germany

TTT HealthCare, HEINE’s primary partner in the countries of the former Soviet Union, organised a two-day educational programme at the HEINE Optotechnik manufacturing facility in Gilching (Munich, Germany). The event was attended by representatives of the company’s key partners from across the region.

The primary objective of the meeting was to introduce the partners to HEINE’s modern manufacturing facility and its latest innovations. The participants visited the production areas, where they were able to observe the entire process of manufacturing diagnostic instruments — from the production of key components to final assembly and quality control.

Particular attention was given to HEINE’s new manufacturing facility. Several years ago, the company completed a major production upgrade, consolidating departments that had previously been located at different sites into a single state-of-the-art centre near Munich. Today, the facility houses the company’s research and development, manufacturing, optical technology, toolmaking, quality control and administrative departments.

As part of the educational programme, HEINE specialists provided a detailed overview of the features of the company’s latest diagnostic solutions, including the HEINE visionPRO video laryngoscope, the BETA ophthalmoscope, the DELTA 30 UV dermatoscope and instruments from the new HEINE series. The participants were able not only to explore the equipment’s functionality, but also to discuss practical aspects of its use directly with the company’s developers and product specialists, including current topics related to the servicing of HEINE products.

Another important part of the programme was an open discussion with HEINE’s management team, engineers and product managers. This format gave the participants a deeper understanding of the company’s philosophy, its approach to developing medical instruments and the quality standards that have guided HEINE for decades.
