Disposable HEINE XP laryngoscope handles are designed for use with disposable HEINE XP blades. They serve as an “outer casing” used together with an internal HEINE battery or rechargeable module (2.5 V or 3.5 V, Xenon-Halogen).

The disposable handle consists of two parts:

• outer plastic part (disposable)
• metal internal module (reusable), compatible with other HEINE F.O. handles.

After intubation, the lower cap of the casing must be unscrewed and the internal module removed. The outer part, its lower cap, and the XP blade are disposed of, ensuring a high level of hygiene and patient safety.

When using the rechargeable F.O.4 internal module, the HEINE NT4 desktop charging device must be used.

The outer casing for disposable laryngoscope handles is available in packs of 25 units.
