We are an official partner of HEINE. For the goods we supply we provide our own guarantee with the content set out below. The manufacturer's guarantee given by HEINE remains unaffected.

Your statutory rights

The statutory rights available to you in respect of defective goods exist free of charge alongside this guarantee and are not restricted by it. You may exercise those rights irrespective of whether you rely on the guarantee.

What the guarantee covers

We guarantee that the goods supplied are free from defects in manufacture, design and material. If such a defect appears within the guarantee period, we will remedy it at our discretion by repairing or replacing the goods. The guarantee service is free of charge for you.

Duration

Five years for all products, with two exceptions: ten years for laryngoscope blades and two years for video laryngoscopes.

The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Territorial scope

The guarantee applies worldwide, irrespective of where we delivered the goods.

What the guarantee does not cover

Not covered are normal wear and tear, single-use items and consumables, rechargeable batteries, and standard accessories such as bulbs, general-purpose power and control cables and their plugs.

Also not covered are failures resulting from any of the following causes:

Operation contrary to the instructions for use, or improper handling;
mechanical damage to the device or its accessories;
connection to a power supply with a voltage other than the one stated on the device;
disassembly not provided for in the instructions for use, or any other unauthorised intervention in the structure of the device, including repairs by unauthorised persons;
use of non-original devices, components or consumables;
ingress of liquids, dust or foreign objects, and intentional damage;
fire, flooding, lightning strike or comparable events.

How to make a claim

Write to info@ttt-gmbh.com stating the order number, the device and a short description of the fault. We will tell you where to send the device and will contact you with the next steps once it arrives. No particular form is required.
